Official APIs, never scraping

Every post goes out through the network’s own API, on a connection you approved yourself. Nothing here logs in as you or drives a browser in the background.

We never store your tokens

Your access keys stay with the publishing provider, never in our database — so there is nothing on our side for anyone to leak.

We say when we don’t know

A few networks never confirm a post back. Those show up as unconfirmed rather than as a green tick we did not earn.

Questions people actually ask

Do I need to keep a tab open for this to work?

No. Scheduled posts are published server-side at the time you asked for, in your own timezone. Your chat, your laptop and your browser can all be closed.

Why do Instagram and TikTok need an image or video?

Neither network has a text-only post — a caption on its own is rejected by the network itself, not by us. 1Social checks before publishing and tells you, instead of relaying an opaque failure afterwards.

Why is pricing counted in deliveries instead of posts?

Because one post to seven networks is seven publishes on our side, and pricing that counts posts goes underwater on the first cross-poster — which is the only kind of user we have. One post to four networks is four deliveries; to all seven, seven.

Why does X cost more than the others?

Because X charges us in cash per tweet and the others do not. A plain tweet costs us thirteen times less than one with a link in it, and reading its metrics costs again for every day we keep looking. X deliveries are therefore weighted higher in units — the exact rates are on the pricing page.

Can I delete a post after it has gone out?

On most networks yes, and 1Social removes it from the network as well as from your history. On a few it is not possible — Threads and TikTok among them — and in those cases we say so rather than quietly deleting only our own copy.

What happens when a network is down?

The delivery is retried automatically, and the receipt shows it as failed and retrying while that happens. A delivery that failed because of us, or because a network was down, does not count against your quota.
