Delete your account

You can delete your 1Social account yourself, at any time. It takes effect immediately and cannot be undone.

How

  1. Sign in and open Usage. If you never finished signing up, use the Delete account link at the bottom of the sign-up screen instead.
  2. Press Delete account.
  3. Type your email address to confirm, and press Delete account again.

What is erased

Your connected channels are disconnected from 1Social and from our publishing provider. Your posts, their delivery history, your uploaded images and video, your sign-in details and every AI agent connection (ChatGPT, Claude and others) are deleted. Any subscription is cancelled on the spot, with no refund for the rest of the period.

What stays

Posts that were already published stay on the networks — remove them there if you want them gone. Polar, our payment provider, keeps the invoices tax law requires, with your name and email anonymised. Deleted data can remain in our database backups for up to 7 days before they rotate out. Can’t sign in?

Message us on WhatsApp or X from the address on the account, and we will delete it for you.
